 X-RAY
We offer complete spinal x-rays in an upright position. We take standing x-rays because that is how your spine bears weight, on your feet. We can see the effects of gravity on the spine in this position. For scoliosis cases our office is equipped to take x-rays in a hanging negative gravity position. This allows us to see how much correction is likely when we remove gravity from the picture. Our x-ray screens are fast so that your exposures are low. A whole set of spinal x-rays here are about the same radiation you would get from flying across the country in a jumbo jet from something called background radiation from the environment.
GRASTON INSTRUMENT ASSISTED SOFT TISSUE MOBILIZATION
 A soft tissue technique using stainless steel tools over the surface of the skin lubricated with a coco butter cream remove internal scar tissue restrictions in muscles, ligaments and tendons. The scar tissue can be from an injury, multiple injuries or from an actual surgical procedure. These restrictions reduce motions, increased inflammation and create more pain.  THERAPEUTIC HOME EXERCISE PROGRAMS
We tailor a rehabilitative therapeutic home exercise program to your specific case needs. Some patients in good health do not have to do additional exercises to hold their adjustments. Others must begin more stringent programs in order to become stronger, more flexible and thus, more stable. We offer guidance with therapy ball programs, advice on other exercise programs, such as Curves, Contours, Norton Pines and Snap Fitness. All offer great programs, some must be modified while under care to prevent irritations to your condition. All in all we make every effort to provide you with the tools you will need to get and stay healthy.
